Living Circle manages and coordinates property ownership transfers for clients who have already agreed on a sale and purchase, whether independently or through another agent.
Comprehensive Property Ownership Transfer Services
We handle every stage, from preparing contracts and documents and arranging powers of attorney to completing the registration of the ownership transfer at the Land Office.
Scope of Services
- Provide guidance on sale and purchase procedures and the ownership transfer process.
- Coordinate and check the completeness of relevant contracts and documents.
- Prepare documents and powers of attorney in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Provide guidance on document certification for clients located overseas.
- Coordinate between buyers, sellers, and relevant authorities.
- Register the ownership transfer at the Land Office on clients’ behalf under a power of attorney.
- Monitor and manage the process until the ownership transfer is complete.
Service Fees
Clients located in Thailand: ฿25,000 per transaction
Clients located overseas: ฿35,000 per transaction
Note on Service Fees
The above fees cover Living Circle’s handling and coordination services from the outset through to completion of the ownership transfer. They exclude taxes, transfer fees, stamp duty, specific business tax, withholding income tax, and other charges imposed by government authorities, as well as any related third-party expenses. Clients will be informed of these costs as applicable to their transaction.
